HG Living and QIP have embarked on their fourth development together which comprises a 350-bed PBSA scheme in the heart of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.

St James’ Boulevard will offer best-in-class student accommodation to Newcastle students over a range of studios (67%) and cluster en-suite units (33%). Residents will benefit from a private gym, study rooms and common areas, a cinema room, and landscaped external amenity space, enhancing the user experience of the scheme. The scheme will be operated under the Prestige Student Living banner of Homes for Students and will welcome students ahead of the 2025/26 academic year.

The scheme will provide an ideal gateway to Newcastle’s brand new, 24-acre Innovation District, Newcastle Helix, where students will find state of the art research facilities specialising in infrastructure, urban planning, data and ageing, led by the University of Newcastle. St James’ Boulevard is perfectly positioned to maximise both the educational and social aspects of student life, situated roughly 0.8 miles west of the city centre and immediately south of St James’s Park, home to Newcastle United Football Club, where students will benefit from discounted home tickets all season.
